Ze zijn een van de eersten in Nederland die een sociale huurwoning mogen delen zonder dat ze een relatie hebben of familie van elkaar zijn. Want wanneer komt het nou zo uit dat je precies tegelijkertijd met je beste vriend of vriendin op zoek bent naar een woning?<\/p>\n
Vanwege de huidige wooncrisis mogen vrienden sinds kort een sociale huurwoning delen. En dat is nodig, omdat het aantal alleenstaande huurders groot is. Op deze manier kunnen alleenstaande starters op de woningmarkt in de stad blijven wonen.<\/p>\n
De meiden vulden van te voren via woningcorporatie Staedion<\/a> een vragenlijst in over hun voorkeuren met betrekkking tot het samenwonen. Ook gingen ze van te voren in gesprek met datingbedrijf Mate&Date<\/a>, dat hen uiteindelijk aan elkaar koppelde.<\/p>\n De twee hadden direct een klik. \u2018We wonen pas twee maanden samen, maar het voelt alsof we elkaar al veel langer kennen\u2019, vertelt Eveline. \u2018Het samenwonen gaat heel soepel, we hebben niet eens een schoonmaakrooster. Ook dat gaat vanzelf, gelukkig zijn we allebei netjes,\u2019 vult Tirza aan.<\/p>\n Eveline: \u2018De locatie is ook top. Tirza: \u2018Ja, mijn kamer is wel een stuk kleiner. Later spraken we iemand uit het architectenteam en die vertelde dat na oplevering is besloten dat het ook friendswoningen<\/em> werden. Anders hadden ze de muur een stukje opgeschoven. Dat begrepen we wel. Ik betaal nu ook minder huur dan Eveline.\u2019 Eveline: \u2018Ja en de huurprijs is ook gewoon heel fijn, zo kun je tenminste nog een beetje sparen.\u2019<\/p>\n Tirza en Eveline mochten samen kiezen welk appartement ze wilden en kozen de bovenste verdieping. \u2018Het balkon is zo fijn, dat is echt onze favoriete plek van het huis: de hele dag zon en je kijkt uit over de stad. We hebben het gezellig gemaakt met een loungeset, lampjes en kunstgras,\u2019 vertelt Eveline. Tirza: \u2018Ja, en we hebben ook nog eens precies dezelfde smaak. Eigenlijk echt bizar hoe soepel dit allemaal loopt.\u2019<\/p>\n Van de 140 nieuwe sociale woningen van dit nieuwbouwproject Elara zijn er 25 bestemd voor deze zogeheten friendscontracten<\/em>.
