Hoe reageerden de bewoners op het voorstel tot sloop?<\/strong> Hoe kregen jullie de bewoners mee?<\/strong> In de eerste bijeenkomst informeerden Woonin en de Gemeente bewoners en omwonenden over de plannen voor sloop-nieuwbouw. Tijdens de tweede sessie gingen we in gesprek met de betrokken partijen rondom de maquette over drie verschillende opties voor de nieuwbouw. De buurtbewoners reageerden op de idee\u00ebn door post-its te plakken bij de varianten.<\/p>\n We werkten drie modellen uit met de thema\u2019s: groen, bouwhoogte, bezonning, privacy, entrees en balkons. Met een QR-code konden de buurtbewoners de drie modellen met een VR-bril bekijken. Met een sticker konden zij stemmen op hun favoriete ontwerp. Ook konden ge\u00efnteresseerden stemmen in de projectwoning aan de Norbruislaan.<\/p>\n We sloten af met een extra infoavond, waarin we nog een keer de voor- en nadelen van renovatie en sloop-nieuwbouw lieten zien. De opkomst was groot. \n\u2018Veel bewoners wonen al jaren met veel plezier in de buurt. Aanvankelijk stuitte het plan op scepsis van de buurtbewoners. Ze verwachtten dat ze er met nieuwbouw op achteruit zouden gaan. Dat zij afscheid zouden moeten nemen van hun werkruimte of dat een nieuwe woningplattegrond niet zou aansluiten op hun woonwensen. En tegelijkertijd klaagde een grote groep over de slechte staat van de woningen en de hoge energiekosten.\u2019<\/p>\n

\n\u2018We verwerkten de belangrijkste aandachtspunten van de bewoners in het ontwerp, dat we samen met de landschapsarchitecten van OKRA maakten. Die voorstellen hadden onder meer betrekking op de parkeeroplossing, het groen en de afsluitbare binnentuinen. Zo versmallen we het parkeerpad af en toe met een groenstrook, zodat de auto\u2019s langzaam rijden en er meer ruimte is voor groen. Tussen de stoep en het gebouw komt een groene zone. De collectieve binnentuinen worden afsluitbaar voor de veiligheid. Via het trappenhuis en de twee poorten kunnen de bewoners de tuin in. Later kunnen de bewoners samen kijken wie het leuk vindt om te tuinieren. Dat kan per binnentuin verschillen.\u2019<\/p>\n
\n\u2018Met de inhoudelijke betrokkenheid van de bewoners maken we meer sociale woningen dan er nu staan en we maken meer ruimte voor groen. De bewoners zijn ook enthousiast over alle plekken waar ze elkaar kunnen treffen. Op de brede galerijen is ruimte voor een zitje. Aan de Norbruislaan komt een grote ontmoetingsruimte voor alle bewoners. In de gemeenschappelijke binnentuinen staan tuintafels en in de entreehal is ruimte voor opslag van tuingereedschap.
