was de aanleiding?<br \/>\nDe Kersenboogerd was ooit bedoeld als ideale woonomgeving. Het pakte alleen anders uit.<\/p>\n<p>De woningen, de woonerven, speelplekken en de kruip-door-sluip-door paden riepen een gevoel van anonimiteit op. Sommige portieken van woningen waren donker en zorgden voor een onveilig gevoel.<\/p>\n<p>De buurt trok bewoners aan die de wijk als tussenstation zagen, omdat de woningen klein en goedkoop waren. Zo ontstonden samenhangende wooncomplexen met een eigen binnenterrein."},{"text":"We huisvestten bewoners bij elkaar die overeenkomsten hebben, zoals leeftijd, leefstijl, levensfase of een gemeenschappelijke activiteit. Hierdoor ontstonden woongemeenschappen."},{"text":"We verkenden welke huurcontracten het beste aansloten bij het vormen van de woongemeenschappen."},{"text":"We verduurzaamden de gesloten bouwblokken en richtten de binnenterreinen klimaatbestendig in."},{"text":"We pakten de  routing aan. We legden de wandelroutes langs de grachtengordel. Dat verbeterde ori\u00ebntatie in de wijk. De fietsroutes voeren voornamelijk door het centrum, waardoor er meer sociale controle
