Hof van Nassau is een prettige thuishaven voor 120 bewoners met dementie. INBO ontwierp een verpleeghuis waarbij de bewoners zoveel mogelijk bewegingsvrijheid en zelfstandigheid hebben. Dat komt door slimme ruimtelijke oplossingen en gebruik van domotica.<\/h4>\n

De entrees liggen op herkenbare plekken en zijn open en transparant vormgegeven. Grote ramen op straatniveau zorgen voor contact tussen binnen en buiten. Lichte open trappenhuizen geven het gebouw een moderne en frisse uitstraling.<\/p>\n

De woningen zijn slim geori\u00ebnteerd op daglicht, frisse lucht en contact met buiten. Ze liggen aan hof of straat, met zichtlijnen die ontmoeting stimuleren en plattegronden die lucht en ruimte geven, ook bij kleinere woningtypes.<\/p>\n

Het ontwerp sluit aan bij de historie van de plek. Donker metselwerk, diepe neggen en een strakke gevelritmiek geven De Majoor een robuust karakter dat past bij het militaire verleden van het terrein.<\/p>\n","bottom_type":"none","bottom_text":"","bottom_link":null},{"acf_fc_layout":"text","variation":"right","no_padding":false,"text_left":"","text_right":"

Achter die stoere gevel schuilt een woonomgeving op menselijke maat. Het ensemble van drie bouwdelen, met ieder een eigen uitstraling maar ook onderlinge samenhang, zorgt voor een overzichtelijke opzet. Bewoners herkennen hun eigen portiek, zien wie er binnenkomt en kunnen een praatje maken op de galerij. Zo voelt het gebouw niet massaal, maar kleinschalig en vertrouwd.<\/p>\n

De Majoor is volledig gasloos en voorzien van zonnepanelen, groene daken en een systeem voor het opvangen van regenwater. De tuin is zo ingericht dat hij bestand is tegen droogte en hevige buien, en tegelijk ruimte biedt aan bloemen, vogels en spelende kinderen.<\/p>\n

Ook sociaal is het gebouw toekomstgericht.
