De voormalige ambachtsschool aan de Verspronckweg in Haarlem stond al jaren leeg. INBO ontwierp samen met COD de transformatie van ambachtsschool naar woongebouw. Het gebouw uit 1922 is met zijn indrukwekkende omvang een landmark in de stad.<\/h4>\n","text_right":"

Lang bestond het overgrote deel van de Zuidas uit kantoren. Overdag bevolkt door kantoorpubliek, na werktijd rustig en leeg. INBO ontwierp woontoren Intermezzo, die met 175 royale appartementen de stadse dynamiek een nieuwe impuls Dankzij de intensieve samenwerking met alle partijen en een slimme prefab-gevel werd Intermezzo in korte tijd gerealiseerd. Ontwerpers, bouwers en leveranciers werkten als \u00e9\u00e9n team samen in een door ons opgezet en geco\u00f6rdineerd BIM-model. Tijdens de engineeringsfase resulteerde die aanpak in het vergroten van het verkoopbaar oppervlak door het toepassen van slimme compacte schachten en dunnere gevelelementen.<\/p>\n

Intermezzo heeft een innovatieve gevel met dragende en niet-dragende gevelelementen, die van borstweringshoogte tot borstweringshoogte gestapeld werden. Tijdens de bouw fungeerden die elementen als randbekisting voor het storten van de vloeren en tegelijk als valbeveiliging op hoogte. Elke voltooide verdieping was meteen wind- en waterdicht. Het inbouwpakket kon vrijwel direct verder afgebouwd worden. Era Contour koos voor deze bouwwijze vanwege de verkorting van de bouwtijd. Bovendien is de uitstraling en kwaliteit van de gevel op korte en lange termijn gegarandeerd beter.<\/p>\n
