Hof van Nassau is een prettige thuishaven voor 120 bewoners met dementie. INBO ontwierp een verpleeghuis waarbij de bewoners zoveel mogelijk bewegingsvrijheid en zelfstandigheid hebben. Dat komt door slimme ruimtelijke oplossingen en gebruik van domotica.<\/h4>\n

De nadruk ligt op gastvrijheid en service, waardoor de grenzen tussen zorg en facilitair vervagen.<\/h4>\n","text_right":"

Aan de spoorzone in Delft richt INBO met initiatiefnemer Eric Amory en Ren\u00e9 Schalk een beheerco\u00f6peratie op. In het houten gebouw komen 33 appartementen voor huurders die betrokken zijn bij het ontwerp.<\/h4>\n

Het eigendom wordt van Achmea die een beheerovereenkomst afsluit met de beheerco\u00f6peratie. De groep huurders is collectief verantwoordelijk voor het beheer. Dit kunnen ze uitbesteden of zelf doen om kosten te Als architect van het project betrekken we de groep bewoners bij beslissingen in het ontwerp. Zij bepalen deels zelf de indeling van hun woning van 70 m2.<\/p>\n

We maken driekamerwoningen waar allerlei soorten huishoudens kunnen wonen: woningdelers, stellen met en zonder kinderen en alleenstaanden.<\/p>\n

De beheerco\u00f6peratie heeft meerdere voordelen voor de bewoners. In ieders contract staat vast dat de huur alleen ge\u00efndexeerd wordt en niet tussentijds verhoogd, bij nieuwe huurders. En de bewoners hebben al een buurtgevoel nog voordat ze er wonen.<\/p>\n

Verder krijgen zij een gemeenschappelijke ruimte en delen zij een grote tuin met de bewoners van de andere woningen rondom de tuin. Op de begane grond is er een gedeelde fietsenstalling en een mobiliteitshub, waarin slechts 6 deelauto’s van de 33 huishoudens\u00a0 Het gebouw wordt gebouwd in CLT (cross laminated timber) en heeft een houten achtergevel. Regenwater wordt gebufferd in de daktuin en gebruikt om het groen in de daktuin te bewateren. Klimplanten die langs de achtergevel omhoog groeien zorgen voor natuurlijke zonwering. Dit alles maakt het gebouw tot een duurzaam, natuurinclusief toekomstbestendig gebouw.<\/p>\n
