As a fulltime manager, Emiel is responsible for INBO’s operational management. Deeply committed to people and organization, he understands better than anyone that people’s motivation is the biggest driver for success.
Emiel (re)structures business processes and directs policies and annual plans. He leads the staff departments Finance, ICT and People & Organization.
