Bert van Breugel

Bert inspires his clients and takes away all of their worries. He’s built up an extensive oeuvre comprising professional, educational and residential buildings. He often fulfils the role of coordinating architect in large-scale projects. In recent years, Bert has focused mainly on challenging plans in Rotterdam.

Together with a group of young designers and engineers, he works on local assignments that make the city even better and more attractive: on projects that bring people together and provide pleasant and affordable housing. He gives his team plenty of room to develop, to learn the trade and to present themselves to the outside world. Accordingly, Bert’s motto is: space for the city and space for new talent.
