Jeroen Simons
Jeroen lives and breathes architecture. With his rational design attitude and innovative ideas, he creates inspiring environments in which people can work, learn and live. Jeroen’s designs are logical and can absorb changes over time. Daylight, transparency, comfortable acoustics and refined textures characterize his buildings. His attitude makes him a connector: if there are conflicting wishes or interests, he’s the one who knows where to create a win-win situation.
Jeroen is an expert in breathing new life into post-war buildings: for one thing, he is the initiator of an open working method for the renovation of existing buildings called Duurzame Kans Bestaande Vastgoed (Sustainable Opportunity Existing Property). In addition, educational accommodation is an important theme in his work and he also works on large-scale housing projects.
